At GiftaSong, we specialize in creating fully personalized songs crafted uniquely for each client’s story, relationship, or occasion. Because every song is individually written, recorded, and produced based on the customer’s specific details, all sales are final and non-refundable once production has started.

Before production begins, clients may cancel and request a refund only if no creative work (writing, recording, or production) has been initiated. Once songwriting or recording has commenced, refunds will no longer be available due to the time and creative effort already invested by our team.

If you are not satisfied with the final song, GiftaSong offers  complimentary rounds of  edits (such as lyrical adjustments, tone, or mix balance) to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.

In cases where technical issues prevent delivery, GiftaSong will ensure the completed song is delivered properly or issue a refund at our discretion.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy and trust are very important to us. GiftaSong is committed to protecting all personal data, stories, and materials shared with us during the creative process.

We collect information such as your name, contact details, occasion details, and the personal story or message you wish to include in your custom song. This information is used solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your song.

GiftaSong will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any unrelated purposes. All customer data and submitted content are stored securely and only accessed by authorized team members directly involved in the song creation process.

Your songs and any media files (photos, videos, voice notes, etc.) are treated as confidential materials. However, GiftaSong reserves the right to use short, anonymized clips (up to 30 seconds) for marketing purposes — such as website samples or social media previews — unless the client specifically opts out in writing before the song’s completion.
