1. Service Description

GiftaSong provides a creative service that produces custom, personalized songs for individuals and organizations. Each project is created according to the client’s input, theme, and emotional intent. Songs are delivered digitally via email or download link, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive personal rights to use and share the completed song for private or non-commercial purposes (e.g., gifts, social media posts, personal events).
GiftaSong retains the copyright and master rights to all created works unless otherwise specified in writing. The song may not be resold, distributed commercially, or used in paid advertising without GiftaSong’s prior written consent.

3. Creative Process

Clients agree to provide clear and accurate information for their song. GiftaSong will use creative judgment to interpret this information and produce the best possible musical result. Due to the subjective nature of art, minor creative variations should be expected.

4. Delivery

Typical delivery time ranges from 1 to 2  days, depending on the project type and production queue. Delays caused by missing client input or technical issues will be communicated promptly.

5. Edits and Revisions

Each order includes  complimentary rounds of  edits, such as lyrical adjustments, tone, or mix balance) to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.

6. Payment

Payments must be made in full before production begins. GiftaSong accepts both local and international payments through supported gateways.

7. Liability

GiftaSong shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or emotional dissatisfaction arising from the interpretation of the client’s brief or creative output. Our responsibility is limited to delivering the product as agreed.
